Otto Aerospace Reveals New Phantom 3500 Cabin

18 May 2026

Otto Aerospace shared new details of the Phantom 3500, its next-generation executive jet, highlighting a cabin with an approximate height of 1.95 meters (6’5″), a feature geared toward the premium business aviation segment.

According to the company, the Phantom 3500 aims to combine greater interior space, aerodynamic efficiency, and lower operating costs through the use of transonic superlaminar flow technology, designed to reduce aerodynamic drag during flight.

Otto Aerospace indicated that the aircraft aims to offer capabilities comparable to long-range executive jets, including an estimated range of approximately 3,500 nautical miles and operations at altitudes up to 51,000 feet. However, these specifications remain subject to future technical validations, flight testing, and regulatory processes.

The company continues to work on simulation, systems integration, and future certification stages as it advances the development of the Phantom 3500 program.

Otto Aerospace maintains that its approach is based on Laminar flow could represent a more efficient alternative in the business aviation market, although the aircraft is still under development.
