The Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC) has announced Archer Aviation as its exclusive air taxi partner, also designating it as an “Official Host City Supporter” for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and an “Official Partner” of the Super Bowl LXI Host Committee.

The agreement strengthens Archer’s presence in Los Angeles and will leverage these global events to drive the adoption of electric air taxis, with a view to launching before the LA28 Olympic Games.

The company plans to operate a network of vertiports across the region, in partnership with airlines and infrastructure partners. Its Midnight aircraft is designed to replace long, congested journeys with safe, quiet, and sustainable air travel.
