Ondas Inc. has finalized its acquisition of Rotron Aerospace Ltd., marking a strategic step in the global expansion of long-range autonomous defense systems.

This integration strengthens Rotron’s ability to deliver scalable, mission-critical unmanned solutions to defense and security customers in the United Kingdom, NATO, and allied markets.

As part of Ondas Autonomous Systems, Rotron will accelerate the development and deployment of advanced platforms and proprietary propulsion technologies, tailored to modern and complex operating environments.

According to Gilo Cardozo, Rotron’s founder and CTO, the merger with Ondas will expand the company’s reach, resources, and speed of innovation, while maintaining its mission, team, and engineering culture.

Following the acquisition, Rotron will continue to operate from the UK, focusing on its current programs while leveraging increased investment and stronger global integration.
