CHICAGO, IL – June 3, 2025 – A new agreement between LanzaJet, a pioneer in sustainable fuel technologies, and ATOBA Energy, a dedicated SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) aggregator, marks a milestone in developing innovative business models to scale the global use of sustainable aviation fuel.

The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on creating new pricing structures and offtake agreements that balance the needs of SAF producers, institutional buyers, and airline operators.
