Horizon Aircraft Partners with RAMPF Composite Solutions to Manufacture the Cavorite X7 Fuselage

29 Jan 2026

Horizon Aircraft, a company focused on developing hybrid eVTOL aircraft, announced a strategic alliance with RAMPF Composite Solutions (Canada) to manufacture the fuselage—the main body—of the full-scale prototype of the Cavorite X7.

RAMPF Composite Solutions is a globally recognized company with expertise in high-performance composite engineering and aerospace-grade manufacturing. According to Larry Fitzgerald, CEO of RAMPF, the project represents a key opportunity to demonstrate how lightweight, high-performance composite materials continue to push the boundaries of aeronautical engineering and design.

Brandon Robinson, CEO and co-founder of Horizon Aircraft, emphasized that the start of fuselage manufacturing marks a significant milestone for the Cavorite X7 program, also highlighting the value of carrying out the process locally in Ontario, Canada, with a highly specialized team aligned with the project’s technological vision.

This collaboration strengthens the Cavorite X7’s progress toward full prototype status, solidifying the use of advanced materials as a key pillar in the development of next-generation aircraft.
