ePlane Accelerates e200X Development with AWS

18 March 2026

The aerospace company ePlane highlighted its progress in developing its e200X eVTOL aircraft, leveraging Amazon Web Services’ digital infrastructure, during its participation in the India AI Impact Summit 2026.

During the event, held in Bharat Mandapam, India, the company presented how it is building a scalable digital foundation to drive the future of advanced air mobility.

One of the key pillars is the use of High-Performance Computing (HPC) in the cloud, which has enabled a shift from sequential to parallel simulations, reducing development times from weeks to hours in aerodynamic and structural testing.

Furthermore, the company is developing Fleet Intelligence capabilities, aimed at managing a future national network of eVTOLs through real-time telemetry and predictive maintenance, with the goal of ensuring safe and efficient operations, especially in critical applications such as medical emergencies.

With these advancements, ePlane continues to position itself in building a complete ecosystem for urban air mobility, combining aerospace engineering and cloud-based digital capabilities.
