May 13, 2025 – Englewood, Colorado
XTI Aerospace (Nasdaq: XTIA) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with VerdeGo Aero, a company specializing in hybrid-electric propulsion systems for aircraft.

The objective of the agreement is to evaluate the use of hybrid-electric powertrains in future variants of the TriFan 600 aircraft and other aircraft planned by XTI, targeting the civil and military markets, particularly in the UAS (unmanned aircraft systems) segment.

This collaboration will allow XTI to design specific versions that leverage the efficiency and performance offered by hybrid systems in missions requiring VTOL, improved speed, and range.

Both companies will work on power requirements and mission objectives to offer concrete solutions for critical logistics and air cargo operations.
