Wing and DoorDash Expand Drone Deliveries in Atlanta to Miles of Customers
22 April 2026
Wing has expanded its drone delivery network in the United States by partnering again with DoorDash, bringing this service to miles of customers in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
The expansion focuses on residents near Tanger Outlets Locust Grove, who can now order meals and essential products from more than 20 local and national brands directly through the DoorDash app, with deliveries made by drones.
This rollout marks the third major metropolitan area in the United States where the two companies are collaborating, further solidifying the growth of urban air delivery networks. According to Wing, the company already makes miles of daily drone deliveries in various cities, highlighting the efficiency and speed of this logistics model.
The initiative responds to the growing demand for faster and more efficient delivery solutions, especially in urban environments where traffic congestion impacts traditional delivery times. The integration of drones allows for a significant reduction in delivery times while maintaining the quality and freshness of the products.
With this expansion, Wing and DoorDash continue to drive the adoption of automated air logistics, positioning Atlanta as a key hub for drone delivery services in the United States.
