Volatus Aerospace Announces $20 Million Public Offering of Shares

Volatus Aerospace Inc., a leading provider of drone and advanced aviation solutions, announced an agreement with Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. for a $20 million public offering of shares. The agreement involves the acquisition of 33,350,000 common shares at a price of $0.60 per share, with the possibility of an additional 15% over-allotment.

The funds raised will be primarily used for the development of the Mirabel Manufacturing Center, research and development of drone technologies for the defense sector, potential strategic acquisitions, as well as capital expenditures and general corporate fines.

The transaction, expected to close on November 26, 2025, is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. With this offering, Volatus strengthens its position as one of the most established players in the drone and defense ecosystem in Canada.
