Ryan Air, Inc., an Alaska-based cargo carrier, has placed a deposit-backed order for BETA Technologies’ ALIA CTOL electric aircraft and will deploy up to 10 cargo cubes across its network. The company serves more than 70 rural communities where air transportation is vital for delivering food, medicine, and other essential supplies. The integration of these electric aircraft and their cargo infrastructure aims to expand access and improve operational reliability in the region.
