Topsoe has been selected by Zhejiang Jianglan Bio-Energy Technology Co. Ltd (Zhejiang Jianglan) to provide technology and services for the production of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF).

Once fully operational, the plant will produce 300,000 tons of SAF per year, initially exported to European markets.

Construction is expected to begin in September 2025, and operations are expected to commence in December 2026.
