April 7 2025
The contracts, expected to last several months, include engineering, documentation, and planning activities to refine the project cost estimate, develop detailed schedules, and prepare the scope for future Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts.
The Ulysses Project aims to produce 102 million liters of SAF and 11 million liters of renewable diesel annually from Australian bioethanol, utilizing LanzaJet’s Alcohol-to-Jet (ATJ) technology. The project is expected to have a significant economic impact in North Queensland, creating more than 100 skilled operational jobs and contributing to Australia’s energy security by increasing domestic aviation fuel production.
