Sarla Aviation Boosts eVTOL Infrastructure in Karnataka with Vibez Estates

13 Jan 2026

Sarla Aviation (India) announced a strategic partnership with Vibez Estates (India) to accelerate the development of vertiport infrastructure in the state of Karnataka, marking a key step for advanced air mobility (AAM) in the country.

As part of its vertiport strategy, Sarla Aviation is working with developers at the state and national levels to identify, reserve, and plan locations that support eVTOL aircraft operations, not only for its own fleet but for the entire eVTOL ecosystem. Establishing a robust network of vertiports is an essential enabler for scaling urban and regional air mobility in a practical and accessible way.

Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two companies will collaborate to reserve land for future vertiport infrastructure in key mountain destinations such as Sakleshpur and Chikmagalur, areas with high tourist demand in Karnataka. Vibez Estates brings its expertise as a leading developer of leisure destinations, while Sarla Aviation integrates its vision for next-generation air connectivity.

This initiative responds to the evolving expectations of leisure travelers, who prioritize time, comfort, and direct connectivity, avoiding long road journeys to premium destinations. Integrating eVTOL-ready infrastructure from the real estate development phase opens new opportunities for the hotel, tourism, and regional investment sectors.

This alliance reinforces the progress toward sustainable and scalable regional air mobility in India, aligned with the country’s industrial and technological development.
