Sora Fuel has signed a letter of intent with Future Energy Global to negotiate a purchase agreement for 10 million gallons of its future SAF production.

The agreement provides for Future Energy Global to reserve the environmental attributes (Scope 1 and Scope 3) of the first 10 million gallons of SAF produced by Sora, with options to expand volume and diversify into other sustainable fuels. These attributes will be available to airlines and global companies through the Book and Claim model, enabling emissions reductions without the need for physical access to the fuel.
Sora Fuel comments that they are excited to collaborate with Future Energy Global and its team of aviation, technology, and financial services veterans: Natasha Mann, Patrick Edmond 🇺🇦, Liam Cheung, and Isabel Galiana. Its innovative SAF pre-purchase ecosystem accelerates the flow of capital into the SAF industry, with supply partnerships with producers such as Gevo, Montana Renewables, and Carbon Neutral Fuels, and demand partnerships with companies such as Microsoft.
