Vertical Aerospace Boosts Advanced Air Mobility in Saudi Arabia with New Strategic MoU

Vertical Aerospace announced the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abdel Hadi A. Al-Qahtani & Sons (AHQ) and the National Industrial Development Center (NIDC), aiming to lay the groundwork for the development of an Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement establishes a strategic framework to identify industrial, technological, and operational opportunities that will accelerate the adoption of electric and advanced aviation solutions in the country. The initiative aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to strengthen global industrial competitiveness and diversify the economy beyond traditional sectors.

This collaboration reinforces Saudi Arabia’s position as a key market for AAM, integrating aeronautical innovation, local industrial development, and new forms of sustainable air connectivity.
