Titan Dynamics Closes $9 Million Seed Round to Accelerate Development of Advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems

27 Jan 2026

Titan Dynamics announced the successful closing of a $9 million seed round, a key milestone that will enable the company to accelerate the development and delivery of advanced sUAS platforms, mobile sUAS factories, and automated UAS generation software, designed to adapt to demanding operational environments and mission-paced environments.

Prior to this funding round, Titan Dynamics operated for more than two years using its own funds, during which time it delivered and supported multiple military contracts while establishing the technological and operational foundations for its next phase of growth.

The new investment will be used to scale engineering capabilities, advance integrated aerial systems, and reduce the time between design, development, and operational deployment, strengthening the company’s ability to bring unmanned solutions directly to real-world use cases.

The round included participation from Long Journey, Tamarack Global, NVTBL, Epakon Capital, Discipulus Ventures, HF0 Residency, Cherubic Ventures, and Justin Caldbeck, among other investors, reflecting strong market confidence in Titan Dynamics’ technology and execution approach.

With this capital, the company aims to redefine how unmanned systems are designed, manufactured, deployed, and sustained, solidifying its position within the defense and autonomous technologies ecosystem.
