Eve Holding, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2025 Results
17 March 2026
Advanced air mobility company Eve Air Mobility announced its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 results, highlighting a pivotal year in the development of its urban air mobility (UAM) ecosystem.
During 2025, the company achieved significant technical milestones, including the maiden flight of its eVTOL prototype in December, initiating an intensive testing campaign. To date, the prototype has completed 28 flights, accumulating more than one hour in the air, with telemetry results exceeding expectations. The company anticipates conducting approximately 300 flights in 2026 as part of its development program.
The eVTOL aircraft’s design is based on a lift-and-cruise architecture, featuring eight dedicated propellers for vertical takeoff and landing, fixed wings for cruise flight, and a twin-electric horizontal propulsion system, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and reduced operating costs.
In the regulatory arena, Eve continues to work with authorities such as the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) to advance the aircraft’s certification. The company expects to formally begin this phase after the Means of Conformity are defined, with six compliant prototypes planned for 2027.
On the commercial front, Eve reports one of the largest portfolios in the sector, with 2,700 letters of intent (LOIs) and 100 aircraft under binding agreements, in addition to developing digital solutions such as Eve Vector®, its platform for urban air traffic management.
Financially, the company closed 2025 with $641 million in liquidity, after raising approximately $400 million in the last six months, allowing it to finance its operations and development through 2028.
With these advancements, Eve continues to solidify its position as a key player in the global evolution of advanced air mobility, in an environment that will remain challenging in 2026.
