Eve Air Mobility Signs Binding $250 Million Framework Agreement with Revo and OHI for Up to 50 eVTOLs at the Paris Air Show
Junes 16 2025
During the 2025 Paris Air Show, Eve Air Mobility signed its first binding framework agreement for the sale of up to 50 eVTOL aircraft with Revo, backed by its parent company Omni Helicopters International (OHI). The agreement, valued at approximately $250 million, represents a crucial step in Eve’s transition from technology development to large-scale commercial deployment.
As part of the agreement, Revo will also have access to Eve TechCare, Eve’s comprehensive aftermarket services solution designed to provide full support throughout the lifecycle of its aircraft.
Deliveries will begin in 2027, and Revo will become Eve’s eVTOL launch operator in São Paulo, one of the most densely traveled low-altitude airspace regions in the world, making this deployment a landmark case for Urban Air Mobility (UAM).
This new agreement builds on a strong and ongoing collaboration between the two companies, which have already conducted air traffic management simulations using Eve’s Vector software platform.
“By moving from concept to implementation, we are not only advancing our commercial roadmap, but we are also helping to shape a robust and sustainable UAM ecosystem, setting a global benchmark for eVTOL deployment,” said Johann C. Bordais, CEO of Eve.
With this partnership, Eve and OHI consolidate their joint commitment to developing an innovative, sustainable, and scalable urban aviation ecosystem for Latin America and the world.
