July 1 2025
A letter of intent has been signed between Aerosolutions Group, Bluenest by Globalvia, and the eVTOL manufacturer, with the goal of selling up to 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, along with access to TechCare, a comprehensive portfolio of services designed to support the commercial operation of eVTOL aircraft.
🌎 Regional air mobility in Guanacaste
The collaboration initially aims to deploy 20 to 50 km air routes in the Guanacaste region, connecting airports and eco-resorts as part of a sustainable and efficient transportation vision in Costa Rica.
✈️ Operation, infrastructure, and airspace management
Aerosolutions Group, currently developing Aeros Electric Airlines, will be in charge of air operations.
Bluenest by Globalvia will lead the development of vertiports and the integration with Vector, the airspace management and reservation solution.
The agreement also includes joint workshops on pilot training, vertiport planning, airspace integration, and certification processes.
“Joining forces with Aerosolutions and Bluenest by Globalvia allows us to accelerate the introduction of safe, sustainable, and efficient air mobility in Costa Rica,” said Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility. “We look forward to seeing how our eVTOL transforms travel in regions like Guanacaste, alleviating congestion and consolidating the country’s leadership in ecotourism.”
