“DHL can act as a game changer for the logistics and transportation sectors with its ‘let’s do it’ attitude, demonstrating that we can accelerate the industry’s decarbonization,” said Carl Nyberg, Senior Vice President of Commercial and Renewable Products at Neste.

Today, SAF accounts for 3.6% of DHL’s total jet fuel usage. SAF is a drop-in fuel, as it works seamlessly with existing aircraft and fuel distribution infrastructure, helping to significantly reduce GHG emissions over the fuel’s lifecycle compared to fossil alternatives.
